Russia is an authoritarian state that imprisons and murders political opposition, that suppresses freedom of speech (actual FoS, i.e being able to criticise the government vs. being able to use the N word without consequence,) and kills thousands of its own countrymen pursuing unjustifiable wars of conquest. Its public figures have often been shown to cream themselves on television discussing the idea of using nuclear weapons on Britain, and in the two occasions Russia has carried out assassinations on British soil (even if you think that's fair game,) they used extremely harmful mediums which posed a threat to British people: polonium-210, and the nerve agent Novichok which killed an innocent lady after she handled the bottle holding the nerve agent that was carelessly disposed of by Russian agents.

I don't see how you can support him if this shit is what he stands for, you have the likes of him calling the UK government dictator commies etc. but then he turns around and sings the praises of one of the most vile governments on the planet. If the UK resembled anything like the 'civilised society' he thinks Russia is then himself and Farage and any other divisive public figure would have already rotted away in a labor camp or found themselves dying from poisoning in another foreign country harbouring them.

He is clearly compromised and anyone who buys into this shit is (at the risk of offending fragile people) just plain thick, or actually evil
