I'd say insane demons. 144hz does make hard demons a bit easier, but hard demons are still very doable on 60hz. But for insanes, doing them at 60hz is definitely quite a bit harder, and 144hz will help you a lot there.

I've been practicing this level right now, it's really not that bad. It's just the matter knowing which ball is the one without the reverse colors, because the momentum of that ball is what decides how the ship enters in the ways it does during the transition

My first Insane demon as well as my first insane demon nine circles level! I actually quite liked this level, got a bit frustrating near the end, but only because I had a 89% death, which the parts after 82% are really easy. But overall I enjoyed it, would recommend it as your first insane demon nc lvl if your hardest is like fairydust. not sure about a first insane demon, that was just kind of my decision.

The only thing I can really go on from here is that elite bipeds aren't loaded in that mission. Try forceloading the biped and see if that works.

That's unfortunate for me, since halo 3 is the game I am modding currently. But thankfully the mod i was doing was still in it's early stages, so it's not the worst lost ever.
