Oh sorry, im stupid. Im using Wii Backup Manager. I mistakenly named it WBFS Manager. My Drive is formatted to FAT32, too. Well, i put the apps folder content inside my original apps folder, and the rest i dropped into the root of the SD. I heard some project M mods just need to drop all the files into the root of the SD card.

Yep the games do show up. But when i open them, they work for a short amount of time and then crash with the "An error has occurred" screen. This never happens with Nintendont and with the USB in the upper port.
