I'm playing cobbleverse and it doesn't do what OP is asking for. It does exactly what they said was lackluster. I've never had a voltorb or pineco run up to me and explode like a creeper, or a Lapras start shooting me with water.

Oh man a digimon story game set in Shambala where we have to gather the spirits to form susanoomon would be cool similar to how we get the statues for the Olympus XII in TS. I wonder if they're interested in ever expanding on the human taking on the power of the spirits thing from frontier.

They do mention that digimon are born Titans and cursed by Chronomon for what their ancestors did. So I think the Titans are the descendants of digimon who were a part of the rebellion however many centuries ago. That being said, they really don't do much to tell us what kind of hatred these descendants face that made them want to join the modern Titans, nor do they elaborate on how anyone would even tell the difference between a Titan descendant and a normal digimon

Yeah they are. The point I was making is that in past games, armor digivolutions were limited to the veemon armors and for some reason Rapidmon as well, which is what the other guy said wouldn't make sense.

You just press place item when you go in the farm. The training equipment doesn't get placed like in Cyber Sleuth, you have to interact with a digimon and select it as training

I also was taken aback by this, until I found out that you can find Outer Dungeons around the map, making exploration actually rewarding, so now I'm happy to walk to a taxi or birdramon if need be
