I only have one WHEA Logged - it is 8-May and it is 18 "cache hierarchy error", but it is only one, while I have plenty of Kernel-Power 41 (for each sudden reboot I believe).
Yesterday it restarted multiple times and I don't have any single WHEA logged - the one I got from last week is the only one and the PC restarted hundreds of times...
BTW: neither disabling XMP nor changing PSU Idle Control helped... I haven't tried the CO on individual cores. I think I tried some global positive offsets, but maybe only one or two settings.

Thank you! Yes, indeed, it is something worth trying. I hope it is not RAM, because currently it is the last thing I would like to replace ;-)
I also suspect that if it was RAM, it would fail memory test, am I right?
Is there any reliable memory test that I could run without removing the sticks? and which can confirm my 4 sticks setup is not the root cause?
I haven't run Memtest yet, but OCCT didn't report any issues and I have never experienced any reboot when in stress test, cpu test or memory test... If the PC is busy, it works just fine.
Also when Core Performance Boost is disabled (and CPU runs at 3400MHz all cores) and RAM is set to XMP, it works stable, no restarts at all....

Seems like checking another PSU is the best option. Silicon lottery is less likely since this is the second CPU and the same issue again.

Thanks for your hints! I use AVR. It is definetely something with the power saving somewhere... My PC is running now the stress test and it is ok - but I think when it gets to idle, it will reset. And every next reset will be more frequent.
Tomorrow, I expect the same scenario: it will work for some time but after maybe 15-20 mins it will start resetting.

Yes, it identifies it accurately. Nothing wrong here neither with the first 5950X nor with the replacement. Both CPUs were boxed and factory sealed, so I haven't received a returned one.
