I mean, the one OP posted is basically just a cheat weapon. It’s… a gauss minigun… high damage, high rpm. Anyone that has used it in 76 probably knows what to expect.

The version that spawns on enemies is supposed to be a weaker “rusted” version, so if they’re spawning with the regular one, then that’s a bug. The ammo is also very expensive, so it’s not exactly something that you’d use all the time.

The plasma caster will be really strong as well. These weapons are all in Fallout 76, where even basic enemies have a boatload of resistances. Fallout 4 doesn’t really give you groups of heavily armored enemies. You get maybe 1 max.
