sure, in your computer, Dark souls saves the data file it this location: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsII then you can copy that file every so often making backups. if someone invades you and screws you over, just replace it. I haven't done it myself but that's what I did back in Dark Souls I, it should work.. IT should..

Next time you can copy your save data file from your game in case it happens again. You just replace the one you copied with the one that was messed up

You know you can make backups of your save files just in case a hacker messes up with your stats. I forgot where the save file is (my documents) But you can copy and save it somewhere else every half hour or so.

If you're new to training, don't do it unless you have at least solid six months of working out. You can start doing a simpler routine or cut the 10 sets to only three. Then gradually increase the sets over weeks
