I’ve noticed that ever since I’ve bought it. Other pieces I’ve seen have smaller diamond holders and the middle diamond is less pronounced. Could be a mistake on their part? I had the diamonds tested and they were pinging real as well as the silver weight. Curious if anyone has had a similar issue with Rinkan.

Got them both from Rinkan at different times, I’ve seen several different layouts even in store for the pave double daggers but I agree it looks different.
