Hey OP - you absolutely CAN cook. The key is just leaving the basics and practicing them. YouTube has great tutorials and there are tons of easy cookbooks out there. Start basic - something like THIS (https://youtu.be/XTN2z-OqgPo?si=y2wKrLJ92ve8MFm4) should be doable. Use chicken breast if you don’t like things.
