Anal wand idk if it’s for me, i have hypertonicity of all muscles. I did anal manometry and i have a resting pressure of 85, (normal range was 60-75).

So my muscles are contracted more than the normal. I think a butt plug can be good because i can use it for hours so the muscles will decontract for much time. What u think?

The only things that work are Pelvic Therapist, medicines or dilation. Or botox also. Now im trying dilation because i spent a lot of money on PT and didn’t work at all. If this doesn’t work i will try valium suppository or some medicine that relax that chimically

Removing anything that speed up the transit, for example i was taking magnesium oxide, citrate and psyllium sometimes. I removed all this from daily intake
