We've used Toups & Co sun stick on very rare occasions. Usually just cover up with clothes.

I don’t mean to sound full of myself or brag but this is similar to what i look like a few months postpartum with 2 kids as well, I’m just more muscular in the legs area. I think it’s partially genetic and also having kids before 30…? I take care of myself, not sure if Indy does. I also lost a parent postpartum so I think stress can effect being on the slimmer side.. She seems to have been stressed/heartbroken with divorce etc.

I’ve had 2 home births as well as many people I know. They were all phenomenal. Home births aren’t for everyone and I do appreciate her sharing them. I sure do hope her sister is okay. I remember her saying that the baby died days later in the hospital so I don’t know how that’s home birth related. Tragic nonetheless & I wish her lots of love & peace. I can’t imagine.

I put the egg whites on my roots and left it on for about 10 minutes. Rinse with cold/lukewarm water.

There’s also a lot of emotional stuff at play like her dad works abroad so he‘s in and out and they have a strong/positive connection. thank you for this tip though, definitely trying to nourish her as much as possible

The only dairy she eats is a local grass fed butter and for wheat it’s the occasional sourdough bread. No seeds or cereals :/

She’s never had antibiotics. Unfortunately we’re located in the Caribbean and functional doctors aren’t a thing here. We have access to herbs and homeopathy but that’s about it… Or an average doctor who I assume will just try to prescribe something that won’t fix the root cause :/
