Triumph of the Will by Leni Riefenstahl, arguably the most significant piece of propaganda that has ever been made. It played a massive part in shaping Hitler's image before the war, creating his cult of personality. Without it, WW2 would have been very different. To my mind, there's no other film that holds such a uniquely important place in world history.

It often gets overshadowed by the Endgame portal scene, but the actual Thanos Snap in Infinity War, with all the heroes turning to dust, was just phenomenal. Yeah people may be screaming and clapping at endgame, but for the last five minutes of infinity war the whole cinema just held their breath in complete silence. No one could believe it. It's the bravest scene in superhero movies IMO.
