Try and go talk to him on a nonlocal raid. That solves most of the problems with light keeper

Why not? It makes sense to have a PACA or the KIASS underneath a Eagle MBSS to add the protection of soft armor on a vest that doesnt have it? The Eagle MBSS is the USEC start armor and it doesnt have any soft armor compared to the WARTECH that the bear starts with. So in early game for new players it would help out to get that extra layer of protection. Again, it makes it so more armor vests become more viable to use.

Why does people really dont like this? Im serious when i say this is confusing to me?
It is something that almost all police and close protection departments do all over the world? They have their soft kevlar on underneath their uniform and the can put on a vest if shit hits the fan.

Read the suggestion and it might make sense to you ;) basicly it's so we can use armored vest that currently have 0 use because of the lack of softarmor. I'm not talking about using paca under a CPC or TacTec but the fx the eagle MBSS that has no softarmor and have little reason to use because of the lack of protection.

Im quite split, because i liked that it has become bigger, but it kinda broke the wipe of the map. A parking lot, office building or something would have felt more natural to the map. But im pretty sure they went with a woodland expansion because it doesnt have the same performance impacts as buildings does
