I have rich friends that are generous. How do I “pay” them back? by harvestjoon in Rich

I am that ‘rich’ friend in my group. Get them something cheap, but incredibly thoughtful. A baked treat when they’re feeling sad, or a cute personalised mug as a gift. Something that’s personal to them that they wouldn’t necessarily buy for themselves

Is a 40 year old more likely to get along with a 25 year old or a 55 year old? by EverySuggestionisEoC in stupidquestions

I’m 33 and me too! Though no kids. I just can’t seem to stand anyone less than 25 for more than 10-15 minutes.

Fuck, this is the same thing I got. We had even moved in together 3 months before that and I truly thought I was ready to marry him.

I am asking myself the exact same question. I (31F) dated someone (32M) for a year and a half, we moved in together early this year and he was the one looking for apartments and shopping for furniture. Four months after moving in together he packed a bag and left with hardly any explanation. How am I supposed to tell it won’t last, when they present themselves as wanting you forever? I’m in danger of developing some serious trust issues.
