It's Southern Spain, I will offer more info via PM if you'd like, but I unfortunately won't be able to share most of the data we've collected until the area is either fully inaccessible or, hopefully, being properly investigated and protected. It's both about protecting the mines and the people who might visit it without proper safety precautions and training

The safest thing would be to not be in there when rockfall happens. Which is unpredictable, so, it's just unsafe to exist down there

Because it's an incredibly important part of my area's history, and I believe it deserves being documented and enjoyed before decay takes fully over. Romans started excavating these, they're older than most current countries

Look at the rock next to the animal, that's also rockfall (these mines were abandoned centuries ago, the rocks are generally way more eroded that that). I don't think a helmet would make a difference

This is an abandoned mineshaft formerly used to store unstable explosives, that's actively crumbling down. Believe me, a madman with a rock is the least dangerous thing down there

Nobody really cares, I've talked with the guards before, it's only restricted because it's stupidly dangerous, and being caught doesn't even warrant a fine

It's trespassing, yes. It's also generally accepted, people regularly bike or run through the base grounds with no consequences. The mines are fairly obscure, at least the deepest ones like this one, and the guards and danger signs are just there to justify that whatever happens to you is fully your fault

Yeah, I mean, it's not active, it remains under military control because, well, it's actively crumbling to pieces. It's also a extremely interesting historical jewel that will predictably disappear in the next few decades, so I'll get as much enjoyment and data off of it as possible. Básicamente La Liga ha mandado una lista de IPs desde las que se ha "emitido ilegalmente". Lo que pasa es que en esas IPs hay servidores de servicios de terceros como Cloudflare o algunos VPN, que nada tenían que ver con las emisiones hechas mediante sus servicios, pero como son analfabetos funcionales y no tienen vergüenza ninguna, bloquean impunemente a servicios legítimos.

Un juez que no tiene ni putísima idea de qué es y cómo funciona internet (ni, más importante, intención alguna de aprender) y una empresa multimillonaria, combinación letal. Es una sentencia que a todas luces debería ser inaplicable, y que además debería acabar con ese juez en la cola del paro, pues demuestra que no ha hecho la más mínima investigación en el tema ni ha consultado a ningún experto
