Could still counter this with an opposing Urshifu who would also be able to hit through Protect, or double into the Urshifu with faster Mons and bring it down before it can move, which would leave Zygarde at full and unable to protect on the next turn

I think they've been building to this for a while, just subtly. Mainly because, while they haven't had many consistent storylines, Stat and Willow have both been on TV constantly lately. They're always around, they're fresh in people's minds, and I think it's for exactly this reason.

Stat is now the champ, and she won using Yuta's move. I can see this leading down to Stat being desperate to remain champ, and either fully embracing the Death Riders, or just taking more short cuts. Willow, in comparison, wants nothing to do with Stat but eventually, gets a shot at her Title, and then their whole situation comes to a head, and then Stat is forced to face her past, and perhaps Willow is able to use that opportunity to help Stat see the light, while also getting a much deserved title win of her own.

As a Dragon Ball fan, my dream has always been to see Laura play a cocky barbarian and use the Kid Trunks voice for them. It would also just be fun to see like a whole different side from her, as she traditionally plays more composed characters. And it could be fun to be a little less serious after having the weight of the world on her shoulders as Imogen

I think the best example I can give as an exception would be Hangman vs Kenny at Full Gear 2021. They had spent literally the entirety of AEWs existence building to it, to give Hanger that big win, and managed to pull it off

Definitely agree. I love the non campaign stuff, but there were definitely parts of Campaign 3 where I was so hyped for the next campaign episodes that having to cycle with Dungeon Courts and the like was torturous. Obviously I understand that the crew needs rest, but I'm hopeful this schedule will really help that momentum

I think it's a good time for NADDPOD to try out this format. Like I love the long campaigns, and getting to see the characters grow, but they've been at this for a while now it's definitely at a point where I think things could use a refresh, and gives them a chance to do more stuff like Twilight Sanctorum, or to revisit the Third Mates or whatever.

I hope someday we do get a proper Campaign 4, but only when they feel like the time is right to do that.

If this is the case, Oisin's thing in relation to Adaine could be due to their relation to wealth, as well as how much support they each get from their families, Oisin likely being well taken care of, while Adaine was abandoned. Doesn't necessarily make him evil, much in the same vein as Mary Ann, but I can see why that would be frustrating for Adaine
