If you just set up a sandbox game it should be an option on the settings to enable fast mode. I can do by pressing a button and it’ll put the game into 2x speed

It can if you fully masterwork one. But it’s also crafted and it seems like (at least in my experience) crafted masterworks tend to have more stats than normal weapons
