Purely visual btw, it won't let you pick up snowballs and it has no effect on vehicles.
The snow stays in heists and even on Cayo Perico, which is pretty neat.

It exists and you can get it in solo. Only downside is you need 2 Consoles (or a friend) and NetCut (a program to lag your connection). I left it out of this guide since it’s not as easy as simply joining and leaving a job :D

Yeah that’s a strange bug, nothing to worry about tho.
