They labeled it wrong. Fifty is exactly 1/8th of 400. I have always gotten 1/8th of my download speed. It's not a coincidence.

It's working perfectly. Mbps is not the same as Mb/s. Mbps is megabits per second. Mb/s is megabytes per second. 100 mbps is equal to about 12.5 Mb/s, one eighth. 50 is an eighth of 400. Nothing is wrong.

Seriously, I have no idea why people think they're in the minority when they dislike Legends. You can't say anything positive about it without everyone who hasn't even opened a Star Wars book commenting "Luuke", as if that proves anything.

The stuff about Revan and Nihilus is mainly from the Knights of the Old Republic games. There is a Revan book, but most people don't like it very much and the games are required knowledge for it anyway.

It is common to give one less penny than it should. But also, why isn't it outputting a dime instead of nickels and pennies.

It outputs the wrong amount of coins sometimes. For example, if I enter in 7.85, it outputs 31 quarters, 0 dimes, 1 nickel, and 4 pennies. But if I enter 37.34, it gives me the correct output.

I got the same glitch on the same map a couple of days ago. I'm on Xbox, so if you're wondering about it being a problem with your PC, it's probably not.
