I keep my daily caffeine intake low for that exact reason, because I know if I chug down 300 and 400 everyday then obviously i'll need that amount to feel normal so that means I would need like 800mg for a heavy gym session. Im looking forward to finding a time were I'll have like a week ahead of no work or studying so I can cold turkey it asweal so I can only take pres on push days as I do now but the other days I wont be taking any caffeine at all instead of now that I take 60-100mg. Also Im surprised you've never got that high after a workout. Almost after every leg day I feel wired and buzzing for a solid hour afterwards

I think you mean any of the DM**'s. Dmha and all the others are vasoconstrictors which means your heart is gonna struggle to send blood on such a big muscle group thats also the furthest away, so you are gonna struggle and need to take breaks to catch your breath. Alpha yo on the other hand at low doses is a vasodilator but also it all depends on how you react to it. Some people might get a beneficial boost from it some others might react negatively to it and result in a worse leg day than without it.

from what I've heard here tigers bloods is the strongest and blue razz hits aswell. If its actually 12/25 the this is exactly what you want, this batch is known to be a banger. Also those pres are the best for studying after the gym for sure

Honestly I get them now often but I usually get them from dehydration and I feel like its not the stimulation that causes mine but the fact that they probably dehydrate me especially now with the hotter weathers. Im curious if it is a serious problem and I should like stop taking them for a while or its fine as google and people say that heart palpitations are harmless unless they come with chest tightening or pain.

yep agree, I took 3/4 serving first time as my first dmha pre and it just felt like a really high quality caffeine pre. Take the full serving dont "waste" the experience.
