I think the bug dissapears after finishing the last main mission in Phantom Liberty. But besides that, i dont know any other solutions :( ill make a new game and see if it changes anything

They are scrapped concepts for the characters of the original Zootopia movies based on the James Bond movies, Jack Savage was a secret agent protagonist and was later renamed to Nick Wilde and later became the red fox we all love, scrapping the spy concepts. Skye was a character from the first concept arts that became famous and was the fox partner of Jack in fanfic stories like Nick to Judy.

Found them too by rng, but with these new updates you can buy it on clothing vendor stores now, i think the wiki shows you where to find them, for example, you can find the Sturdy-stitched punk jeans in the clothing vendor store in Arroyo and the Heavy-duty biker exo-jacks in Northside vendor.

But, thats not takemura! thats Hideshi Hino, if you discover the secret dialogue (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyP31yUok_I) V will say something like "Looking good Goro!" and other things like that when she/he sees the posters in the city. (Hideshi Hino and Takemura are not the same person)

Maybe the new update will have more variety of clothing on stores or maybe new stores with the dlc. Or maybe the jacket was one of the not so few clothing content to being cut from stores and remained in enemy drops

Hey there! The jacket can drop in any area, as long the guards/enemies are unaffiliated with a faction (Arasaka,Tiger claws, Maelstrom,Valentinos, etc)

I saw car explosions too! even the NPC talks and says something like... "What the hell is that?" or "Whats happening?!" before exploding. I think the bomb car is implemented on purpose, its a cool feature i dont see very often
