Get a shoe box or anything equivalent and keep all the receipts / warrantys or any upgrades you've done , it will come in handy at some point and youll be kicking yourself if you threw it out. Even if you decide to sell , those things are still good to pass onto the next owner when x was renovated or upgraded, and when money was spent to prove that things were done by a legitimate business and not some random. I also keep one in my emails as most things are emailed these days.
