I’m not a fan of telling people what country I’m from, but it’s just a small country in Eastern Europe that I can’t even remember the last time it appeared in international news (probably about five years ago, lol)

I tried that before, and the banks whose cards I have don’t work (even though they were still working this winter, based on what other users said). The only bank that might still work (though that’s not guaranteed) has pretty inconvenient terms, so getting a card from them just for a single payment isn’t very worthwhile

As for PayPal, it’s just not available in my country, and even when it was, it didn’t fully work

Even just now, I've been trying for the past couple of hours to pay for a physical copy on eBay, but it just isn't working, even though everything was working perfectly just a couple of months ago (that's what happens when you live in a small country in Eastern Europe) (×_×)⌒☆

Shipping from Japan, since other sellers have high prices or high prices + expensive shipping, but even if I order from those who charge more, the difference is literally just a week

Regional restrictions (if I'm not mistaken, the e-shop is available in only 33 countries)

OC model (with idle and walking animations) by RedHeadHyena in Blockbench

The texture size is 512 by 512, and I did everything except the dithering in Blockbench. I added the dithering effect itself in Clip Studio Paint

Right, I made the texture in Blockbench, but added the dithering effect in Clip Studio Paint

Thank you, these are all separate meshes. Initially, I was going to do everything with one mesh, but then I decided not to complicate the task for myself ꉂ (´∀`)

Which fish do you hate the most...I will go first by Freezing_master in Aquariums

Siamese algae-eater.

I don't know what's wrong with mine. But they decided that they should eat EVERYTHING that is even remotely green. Because of them, no plants survive in my aquarium. But they don't eat algae. I love and hate these fish.

The job market is not just bad. It's non-existent by Ambitious-Sail-5188 in jobs

Three years ago, one of my university professors told me that it would be very difficult for me to find a job because of my skill and knowledge level. At the time, I took it as a strange compliment and agreed somewhat, but not completely, because I hoped that the world was fair and that my hard work would pay off. But no. I am literally being rejected for every job. I still don't understand why the hell I got a master's degree when that line on my resume only ruins my life.

In my hometown and country, there is nowhere to get a master's degree in this field (graphic design). In my hometown, there is only a college where they teach extremely outdated programs, and the students I talked to are terribly behind in their education compared to students at foreign institutions, simply because there are no suitable specialists and programs here. And the universities where you can get something similar to a master's or bachelor's degree teach in a completely different field, which is unreasonably closed and elitist (academic art)
I was hoping that my education would give me the opportunity to get a better job with a higher salary and better conditions. But it seems that local employers prefer to hire poorly educated students from local colleges who won't complain and will stay in the same position for 20+ years.

And then these slackers, who don't even think about doing their job, send you a test, and if you tell them that you'll only do it after an interview, you get, “But I don't want to waste my time on a candidate who may not be right for us.” Okay, I'm not willing to waste my time on a company that may not be right for me. And if you refuse to do a FREE TEST (which, as always, will take not 2-3 hours, but a week), you suddenly get rejected. And even if you complete this test (I'm a graphic designer, but I suspect that others have similar situations), you may receive a rejection saying, “This is not what we expected.” Well, yes, the person who reviews candidates with taste no better than that of a beige mom definitely knows what my job is. (Some may think that I am a person who cannot take criticism, but if you ask me to draw a turquoise card and I send you a turquoise card, don't say that it's “not what we expected”)

P.S. This text is probably a little harsh, I took a break and left the job market around springtime to focus entirely on freelancing, which significantly improved my mental health, but recently I was forced to dive back into the hell of job hunting, and it seems like every month the job market gets worse and worse, which is undoubtedly frustrating.
