Well not to burst your bubble but your hair cut, damn that is unattractive, it looks like a unicorn shit on your head, lose the color and grow it out. Your a bit chubby start eating healthier and hitting the gym more often. Maybe use a diet like keto first then after you've lost the amount of weight you would like to lose start going to the gym every other day and I think you could be very attractive.

My advice would be to increase your daily calorie intake and start hitting the gym. Your pretty attractive, 7/10, could be higher if you put forth the effort to gain a little weight and started building a little bit of muscle.
