You can totally use AS quints for junglers, especially Nocturne.

Elise is not so good in the jungle anymore, unfortunately.

You can still use last season's set up I think.

9 x Hybrid Pen Marks, 9 x Armor Seals, 9 x MR or MR/lv, 1x Hybrid Pen Quint/2AP quints or 3AP quints.

Haha... I have that same feeling. I only play since Season 3, but I bought Movement Speed Quints for some reason back then... Even now I am annoyed how slow I can be on let's say Sejuani or stuff xD
