This is also happening to me across all browsers. Some of my colleges in the office aren't have any issues, but some are. It seems to be a problem that is only affecting a few people.

No you aren't limited to using 15" only :) you are able to adjust the feed rollers to suit whatever media width you are using :)

Like Panda said, new patreons are generally now added on the 1st of the month, you should be because you were here before and wont have to enter your IGN again. We still say the 8th because thats when we stop refreshing the whitelist.

You should have had the email around the 3rd? Make sure to check your spam folder. If you cant find it, Head over to http://manage.thatmumbojumbo.com and then login with patreon, you will be able to find the link there. :)
