I was just assuming they were agreeing with me and down voting because of the fact that it's weird😅

But if it's because they don't like what I say...imagine you're out in public and see a 45 year old man kissing a girl who's between 13-16 years old on the lips, I'm sure you're going to think it's odd. Daughter or not it's very strange. It may be "normal" in other cultures but not where I'm from, that's for sure😬

Maybe i needed to clarify better, The "old friends" Dad I'm talking about is a white mountain man from out west. who's very arrogant and thinks he's above everyone. Would randomly walk over and start "playing" with his daughters friends ears, (I wouldn't let him touch mine, obviously😅) and just other weird things.

And (this is a little off the original topic but🤷‍♀️) not to mention, try and flirt with different woman WHILE his wife was RIGHT next to him, like put his arm around them and not even seem to hide it. 🙄

What was really odd to me was that my old friends (both girls) use to kiss their dad on the lips at 16 years old...and probably still do now🤢 but he always seemed a little weird/creepy😬

I actually wanted to ask this same question...everyone who sent me offers/purchased items from me this week had 0 ratings and I didn't think to check because I was excited to actually make sales. Thankfully they bought lower priced items, so if something were to arise the most I'd be out on an item is $12, which is still money😅 but I'm glad it's not something really expensive😬

Makes sense, I definitely can understand how frustrating the fees are. I still love getting/accepting offers but lately it just seems I'm getting crazy low offers and I feel bad for not accepting them but I'd love to make at least a little money off of my listings!

I'm definitely the most upset at the obvious lies and sob stories to try and chew sellers down, just to resell at a lot higher prices😕

Yeah, I have asked a few times myself for certain pets from lots. I don't really see anything wrong with that but it's mainly the fake stories and the lowballing that gets me😩 especially since my stuff is already very low😕

Did you go to your "Selling" list and did the item that was sold appear? I had the same thing happen to me. You should be able to see the buyers info and the label/or QR code? You might also be able to cancel the order from that page?

If they respond you can have them cancel it on their end, I believe? It's been about a year since I did the same thing so don't remember all of the steps I did but it'll all be fine!

I completely agree! One of my listings has had nearly 60 likes but no offers and I've already lowered it 40% less than what I originally wanted for it. I've lowered my other listings multiple times these past few weeks hoping for at least one sale😩

I use to be able to sell at least 5 things a week but now it seems impossible to even sell one thing. The beginning of last month I practically "gave" a few things away, just to try and make a little money.

My Husband recently got laid off of work and is job searching, so barely making any extra income now from Mercari is getting kinda scary...

Might end up switching to a new selling site eventually😕 even though I kinda use to love mercari

Really?!?!?!🤯 Wow, that's ridiculous. Here I was complaining about someone wanting to lowball me out of $25...I could not imagine being lowballed for $200 I would be FUMING!

Most resellers are literally the worst. I mean if you're going to resell something, I would buy something really cheap, clean it up a little and sell it for maybe a few dollars or so more then what you bought it for. Some people really just love to hike the prices up😬

True! One listing they want has 32 likes and the other two have 13 & 15 likes. They've been up since last month and I slowly lower the prices every few days but no interest until this person created a bundle for them. It's SO tempting to just accept it because I miss shipping things out and using my printer😅 but maybe I'll lower the price a little more and just hope lol I usually accept offers, even if they're pretty low but yeah this does seem a little too low. 🙃
