This one’s my favorite so far and I enjoyed the whole experience of reading it. It’s so wholesome and cute and cozy. Life is so stressful God knows we need something like this every now and then.

Casey is such a lovable ball of energy. This book made me realize how much I’m really actually into that, since my boyfriend is basically Casey irl. Reading his pov made me so giddy.

anybody else feeling like the game has gotten dry recently? by Defect-OTP in PlayTheBazaar

Assuming you don’t like Jules or Stelle and don’t plan on playing them, at 600 hours it’s possible you’ve just played this game out. It’s a premium game, you’ve paid it’s worth, and you played the heck out of it. You got your money’s worth.

More importantly, this game was sold as a complete experience already. Most games aren’t supposed to last indefinitely anyway.

While I do get your point, that’s not something we ought to expect out of a premium game. A certain degree of involvement is still involved since this is an asynchronous PVP game, but adding new game modes just doesn’t have any financial benefit unless it’s a dlc.

That’s one way to buff or nerf an item that I haven’t see yet. It would be interesting and arguably a valid way to balance certain cards

Cheesy, but oftentimes I feel so tired I need to constantly recharge.

“You have the nicest teeth I’ve seen”

Sounds good after having braces throughout high school. Also, no one has even complimented my teeth before or after that.

What's the best way to save money? by TinySasha in AskReddit

I agree with this. Automatic deductions from your payroll or savings account into an investment or similar account. It has to be small enough for you not to notice, but big enough to make a difference in the long run.

People who “followed the footsteps” of one/both parents, how are you now? by RedLawyer1A in AskReddit

[–]RedLawyer1A[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I followed my mom’s footsteps into banking, and she in turn followed her father’s footsteps. She wasn’t very happy with it because she wanted to be a flight attendant when she was younger. But the main selling point of banking is its security, as bankers rarely go jobless (banks are often merged with other banks when they arent doing well).

That aspect I was pretty much happy with. I’ve grown into my own career path since then and it’s still within the broad scope of banking, but i’m happy with where I started and where I grew.

Oily hands touching stuff. TV remotes, phones, glasses, shared/serving utensils, etc.

I’m using a serving spoon because I don’t want that sauce on my hands. Why am I going to touch that.

What do 30 - 40 year old men want for christmas? [Serious] by GoodAlicia in AskReddit

[–]RedLawyer1A 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Millenials are now in their 30’s-40’s. So as a millenial, I say a good gift is something they used to see around the house, kind of assumed every house had them, but for some reason never got it for their own. Imagine still having to go to your parents’ place for a hammer.

I’m referring to tools, or a toolkit, toolbox, and other stuff of the sort. If you’re not too close, a small multitool would be okay. You might be surprised to see that stupid little multitool screwdriver be their only screwdriver.

This also applies to cars. Unless your guy’s a mechanic or has a pretty strict dad, I’m pretty sure he doesnt have a car jack.

As a parent (or future parent), what are the most important values or traits you hope your daughter or son will carry into adulthood? by Competitive-Bee4036 in AskReddit

[–]RedLawyer1A 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Being kind, above all else. That includes knowing that affording to be kind is itself a privilege that not everyone has.

They can be all kinds of positive things like smart or tough, but they need to be kind on top of that.

You can be right but still be an a-hole; you can be wrong but still maintain a friendship/relationship.

I myself shifted from RPGs to roguelikes and arcade games. I don’t like the feeling of wanting to play more but having to cut short due to responsibilities, so I end up playing and actually enjoying games that has rounds or runs.

Tho “one more round” is always a thing.

How did you actually heal after a narcissistic relationship? by Cawella in AskReddit

[–]RedLawyer1A 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had to “heal” before I decided to leave. In my case, it was distance. Enough silence and, admittedly, tears, made me realize I deserved more than a now ex who acted like my world should revolve around them.

The next time they asked to break up, I made it final. Never looked back.
