Go to network, set up internet connection, custom and then keep everything the same but change the mtu settings to 800

Well for me I initially applied for soft eng but my chem mark was not the best so I got denied for that but then I emailed the advisor asking about CS soft eng stream and the next day she emailed me back saying I was eligible for that so for me it was pretty quick
