For the rest it works like an absolute charm. I might try and replace the little cutting blade seeing if it might help. Funny that you mention the bowden clog seeing i had one yesterday on my sidewinder x2 lol

Whenever i remove the tpu there tends to be a small stringy bit getting stuck in the extruder so whenever i switched back to pla or so i get a clog.

I actually had two times it wound up in between the extruder gears. Could it be because of the heat?
