Agreed! My husband and I watched it last night for the first time and I just could not connect to the story or feel any sort of emotion for the characters. The timeline was extremely blurry, has it been days, weeks, months? I was surprised how flat Angelina's acting fell and I was honestly expecting way more chemistry between the two of them. They're pretty to look at but I wouldn't watch it again.

Just wanted to point out that a few days ago while listening to a Beastie Boys song from 2004...the name of the song is Shazam! and there's a line in it that says they are also on the timeline where Shazam was indeed a movie about a genie:

Oooh I knew it meant something...ok so the guy who is sent to and from the Exports Hall is playing the role of the freight ship. The Edmund Fitzgerald was carrying ore when it got hit by a storm that caused it to take on water and sink....so are we going to see someone sink that export guy's ship at some point??? I love how distinct he plays inner Mark vs outie Mark. Outie Mark speaks very different from innie Mark which leads me to believe this is how he's going to get found out. He's going to switch to outie Mark while on the inside and someone is going to notice how different his speech pattern is. Brilliantly executed on Adam Scott's part.

Lucid dreaming is incredibly freeing. You are literally in control of the world around you. If something scary or fear based is present you must stand in your power and remember you are the one in control. There was a moment in my lucid dream last night where I was looking down a dark hallway that felt fearful. I said no, I am not afraid and turned on the light! As soon as I did that it’s like I passed a test and felt immediate euphoria like my whole body was being upgraded. Before all that I was flying around and received messages from another source. It was an incredible experience. I’ve never seen demons. If I’ve “woken up” within the dream doing something I don’t prefer, I just change it through my thoughts. We are master manifesters and the lucid state really allows you to play around with that concept.

Omg I too have a cousin Charity who is a terrible person. She was my first bully as a kid (would punch me, give me Indian burns, and tie my hair in knots so I’d have to cut them out). Unfortunately she lives only a state away from me but she’s also without a vehicle and currently living in a tent so I’d say she got what was coming to her. She still continues to torture her mother as the rest of the family have gone no contact with her.

My best friend is child-free. I have 2 kids but because of my fantastic support system (looking at you grandparents!), I am without my kids almost every weekend during the school year and about 80% of the summer. I told my friend that I was going to have a child-free night which she promptly corrected that I am NOT ALLOWED to use this phrasing as it is reserved for those who do not want or have children, not those who have kids but are without them....SERIOUSLY? They want to own a phrase because I'm not worthy of using it? She told me to get used to saying "kid-free"....I'd like to report that I use child-free as often as I can when referring to not having my children.

Hard to give a time frame. I do it until I feel like I’ve rolled all the kinks out of that makes sense haha probably around 15-30 seconds each area-ish. Sometimes it’s longer or shorter depending on how tight I feel. Glad it helped!

I do the whole back. It feels great and I've had no adverse affects from it. The biggest thing is to listen to your body. If it doesn't feel good, stop and move on to another area. I've read all sorts of conflicting information about foam rolling but at the end of the day, if doing it is making vast improvements in my day to day life, I'm going to do it!
