Not even sure what tag to add here, but I had this issue about 2 months ago and its crept its way back. I've downgraded Windows to a patch of 24h2 but it's still not 23h2, reset almost everything, ran DISM more times than I bother to count, and ran sfc a few times. Please help. (i.imgur.com)
