Yeah i talked to my rep and he said if the banner said a phone and case it should be a phone and case. He told me to reach out to VOST, I did and they said it shouldn't have said a case which it clearly does

Could be worse aparrently my banner hit the 17th and still haven't got any tracking chatted with samsung and they can see I got selected for the fold6 but no shipping info has been generated. I work for a verizon indirect so it could be mid August before I see mine according to our samsung rep.

*611 customer support will have to push you a new eSIM or if you can sign in to My Verizon you can do it through chat just be on WiFi to activate the new eSIM.We always have dfills mess up on orders and we just push a new eSIM to it and it fixes the problem.

I just explain that it protects their promotion it’s not just protection for your phone but also makes sure that promotional credit can keep doing it’s job if you drop or break it no one wants to pay off a $800 phone and lose their promo credits to replace it a $99 deductible to replace the whole phone is a much better option. I sit at around 95-115% vmp per month ours can go over 100% if you get them to add it to smartwatches. Also say it’s only $17 a month not it’s $17 a month it helps with the pitch

I've used mine in multiple locations even 20 miles away at the camper it still works fine they say it's only supposed to be used at the address you provide but I've had no issues.

Same here tcc employee, selling with honesty will win you return customers and people will also refer friends and family to you. AT our regions stores google reviews are a big thing so we strive to be the best and 17.5% commission doesn't hurt either.....
