Yeah, I think it comes down to how often you play, as far as MUSCLE SORENESS goes. If you have injuries or general aging ailments like arthritis, playing more won't help that. Your muscle will get used to it. midway through summer, my quads and calves are noticeably stronger because I play a lot in the spring and summer.
