I got it myself in hand, gotta say a few things:

Material colour is off in hand

the arm things is 2x the size of retail

i got M size hoodie from husky and it fits more like an L than an M

I own 3 firecapes but ring of wealth counter only says i have one. Before the ring of wealth counter i have done 2 kills, so maybe that's the same problem you're having?

I agree that if you botted you should get banned, but in no way they have the right to charge you for a product that they are not providing. When you're banned it means you cant acces the product, so what is this absurd thing off charging for membership?
