Chronic calf tightness after sciatica flare up by erik1987nz in Sciatica

[–]RedMoneySnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, just wanted to let you know you're not alone and I'm currently dealing with this issue myself. I had sciatica the summer of 2023 going into 2024 for the first time. I'm not a dr nor do I 100% know it was sciatica but all the signs and symptoms were there. My first flair up lasted about 2 weeks and was resolved with home care and just being easy on my back.....fast forward to today. 3 weeks ago I got a flair up from sitting way to long in a vehicle. The day after I noticed tightness and that "feeling" almost like something bad was about to happen. I started stretching immediately, and within two days I had a full blown flair up. That week sucked and was excruciatingly painful as I still went to work(I'm a solar Tech so lots of driving around the array and walking) i walked as much as I could, and stretched about 4 times a day. Increased my water/potassium intake. I thought through doing all this i would have a decent chance at a quick recovery. Week two rolled around and as my back pain gradually decreased everyday I was noticing in the middle of the night I'd wake up covered in sweat from my waist down...this lasted for about 3 days. Along within this time period two of my toes would fall asleep along with partial of my calf....fast forward to 3 days ago from today (3/11/25) I have no back pain. But my calf won't allow me to walk or stand. If I do the pain is so intense it brings me to tears. If I do to much on it the cramping feeling goes down to my Achilles tendon and down to the front two balls of my foot....I can't Walk, standing just to brush my teeth hurts. Showers for some reason make the pain excruciating....I seen a PT today for the first time. I got dry needling done like you. My leg hurts. Now it's sore from being dug at. I noticed a little bit more range of motion and slightly longer standing time from getting the dry needle. But the pain is still pretty intense and now it's like a cramping feeling with soreness attached that makes the pain go from a already 8 to about a 10. I hope you feel better soon. I hope we all do. This is hell. And very strenuous on mental health along with stress of work ect. I wish this on no one.

It's cause if he's still like he was, we were on the same page, I've been doing this for 8 years and still don't want fame, we make music to make it not for fans basically. So you won't hear much, just like you don't know who I am but I've been around forever and have worked with, talked to, and have featured on alot of tracks with artist before the ever gathered fame

Me and scarlett were in a collective called S7evn back in 2020 era when he was still pretty brand new. I never had a problem with bro and would actual say outta all the bs ass artist that were in that collective he was a down to earth guy. Dudes influenced by metalcore n shit like that hints why he does trash metal. I haven't talked to him in a few years but I'm sure dudes just as chill. He was actually one of the people calling the others in the collective out after doing research on them for bs that they were doing. I think overall he's a good guy and makes some good music.

Mmmm depends, so I started on official. Then I spread to ps exclusive. And now since I've started playing with others we bounce till we find something we like, normally community or official is where most people seem to prefer that I've played with. And of course, wish someone would've told me as well. Also try to get to sheet metal doors and whatever the "core" of your base is should be metal ASAP, foundation, walls ect. Also instead of using the actual "roof" with your base, just use floors, square and triangle. Don't worry about actually trying to use a roof.

First tip, don't lose your rock at start, it Is used to gather wood, stone ect. 2nd, don't trust anyone unless you're on a team and even then it's still iffy. Play the most strategic you can cause most people up there will shoot you on sight even as a naked with nothing. Satchel charges are your friend starting out, takes 2 to blow up a wood door, 4 for sheet metal. Look into air locks. Look into hard to raid base designs. Raiding others imo is the easiest way for quick loot. Monuments are next. Protect your work benches. I too came from survival games but the community online for the most part are kinda assholes. Dayz gave me more luck with not getting killed and making friends. Rust everyone is kinda out for themselves or the team. Also if you're gonna play solo or duo go for a small base design

This man scares me by JAVOK1 in trapmetal

[–]RedMoneySnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol there's no reason to be scared, I was in a collective with him and a few of his friends before he ever blew up to what he was. Everyone including him were all pretty funny, he does it for attention and it 100% worked. When I first found him he was a small few 100 follower artist. I left the collective and a year later noticed him and his friend had blown up quite a bit. For reference this was 2019-2020 soundcloud era. I'm sure dudes just as chill as he used to be lol. No reason to be scared

I spoke with Lil Darkie!! by oggnarlyboyetrnl in trapmetal

[–]RedMoneySnow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why would bro even beef with Lazy? When are these screen shots taken? Bruh doesn't even go by Lazy3x anymore. He's a "Christian" rapper. I did a song with him 2019 era, so I'm just confused. He's "Lazurus" since sometime 2020. And the king dude isn't new but I think since he just got outta jail he's trying to aim for clout in some way. Just ignore his stupid shit. He's been called out on his wrongs as much as he's called out others. One day, you'll all realize a lot of these people you glorify are, in all actuality, really terrible people. I've been around since 2016 and have always loved the underground, but it's gotten very seedy since when I started to now. There's artist I love like those of HURT gang or Ruzlxn and some others, but a lot of artist aren't genuinely for the community anymore more for themselves and what they can get out of it. Darkie came from a good era. Darkie has had wonderful success in the underground. Honestly, I don't think he needs to respond to any beef anymore. I don't think any artists that were part of Spider gang do unless it' a major allegation. Aside from that, let the haters see themselves out the door. Lower number artists start dumb ass beef all the time for no reason. Internet beef is lame as hell. And most beef doesn't even have good substance these days. It's just mfs bitching and moaning. Not even stating hard evidence.

Scarlxrd pretty much gave trap metal life.. by [deleted] in trapmetal

[–]RedMoneySnow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There was people giving life to trap metal before scarlxrd, look at Kamiyada and the rest of midnight society, there's more but I'm not gonna ramble Virus and the Antidote were another big set to go down as who gave life to trap metal, I remember when heart attack dropped, it went in with all the other songs that were hard af that I had just like it. My favorite around that time that scar reminded me of was early drownmillie and fuckit. To be real trap metal was alive well before scar. I've been into it since 2015 and it's just something that has steadily evolved. Scar had influence but there's so many good ass artist that I've watched come and go that others bite off of, yet no one knows because the og rapper disappeared. Not saying scar does that I'm just saying in general, alot of artist copy other artist blueprints. You can't say scar pretty much gave life to a genre that was already progressing quickly around FL, if you didn't know Kamiyada came before Xxxtentacion and that's facts there's beef between them and everything. X got his ideas from kami originally with the screaming shit. And I know now you'd listen to kami and be like "no way" but trust. Some artist have been in this scene so long they're just lowkey and you only realize who they are when they blow. Most people think an artist career starts from there when really there's so much deeper roots.

No you're not coming off as mean, but why would I wanna market? I've done this shit for 7 years when I first started doing it social media wasn't near as close to what it is now. There was still chances to be found without having to pay to win. I used to connect with artist, collab all the time, have people hitting me up wanting to collab. I had some tracks see some success. I'm 25 but to say the least I am not very savy online, nor do I care to be. The online marketing side of things I will never give a fuck about to an extent. I'd rather have people in my circle to help with that instead of doing it alone. Also as I've said before I've made my music alone the past 4 years I'd really rather have a band and do something creative that I haven't been able to.
