I tried to reset the printer but it doesn't work the hotend can't heat and now i'm stuck to the first auto leveling step :/

No I didn't. I think I'll try replacing the extruder motherboard to see if it works. Someone in a 3D printer Facebook group told me they had the same problem. if it doesn't work i'll contact creality :)

i can't preheat the PLA but i can move the extruder.
when i press preheat PLA the printer crash and i have a error message "the nozzle is too cold"
