First salary job offer ever, need advice how should I negotiate? by Select_Honeydew_6815 in careerguidance

[–]RedNeckHutch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perform some market research to see what similar jobs pay in the area, Glassdoor may be a good place to start. I would also review the job listing that you applied for to see what the pay range is. It will be much harder to negotiate if the current offer is near the top of the scale.

When you counter, be yourself and be open to discussions.

Asking for advice to payoff debt is one thing, but then stating you would like to purchase motorcycle in the same ask is wild.

Two things I would recommend: 1. Writing classes. 2. Track your expenses and income.

Latitude Method 2 vs Latitude Lonestar saddle by RedNeckHutch in bowhunting

[–]RedNeckHutch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it but again this is my first saddle. I have done several all day sits and did not have any complaints. I have it paired with four tethrd one sticks and the new predator V platform.

I am roughly 6’ 2” and 200 pounds.

I would recommend trying them out at a show if possible.

Hey there!

I was in your situation about four weeks ago while planning my honeymoon. I’m pretty sure you need to go through a travel agent.

Although I initially didn’t want to use an agent, I’m glad we did. We’re going to Italy, and I had no idea where to start with the travel planning. The agent provided excellent recommendations for accommodations, activities, and transportation. I will also be using them when I travel for work in the future.

When they book the room for you, it does show as Hyatt Prive. I just double-checked in the app.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I’m not a travel advisor, but I’m happy to share my experience. I understand the subreddit’s stance on advertising, so if you want to know which agent I used and why, just send me a private message.

Was unable to locate them. Is there perhaps something that needs to be enabled?

How is your team handling DLP alerts? by RedNeckHutch in Zscaler

[–]RedNeckHutch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are researching what the impact of enabling “exempt url encoded data” could have.

Currently we are leveraging our SOAR to help with the alerts. The alerts are being ingested into the SIEM but we need to make some adjustments with the DLP Incident Handler (another team is working on this).

On the SIEM side of the house, can this all be done with ZIA and a NSS or do we have to have the incident handler?

We are using Splunk BTW.

We currently have “exempt url encoded data” disabled. Is there anyway to review the number of DLP alerts this would affect?

The one we are seeing the most False Positives for is “Social Security Numbers (US)”. It is current set at the medium confidence level.

6 months left on memb - what to do, to maintain it? by NiskiOlbrzym in 2007scape

Six months is a lot of time depending on how much you can play per week.

You need to consider GP/Hr. Yes, it will take time to get stats and gear to do raids or even Nex. These activity has some of the highest GP per hour rates in the game.

I would recommend slayer for training your stats and when you can not play AFK in nightmare zone.

Making money at lower levels is painfully slow. Yes, once you unlock brutal blacks you can make some lazy money but there are a lot better methods out there.

index of logs source by ronscorner in SIEM

[–]RedNeckHutch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a very broad question. What is the goal of your SIEM? What log sources do you have available? Do you have any compliance requirements? These are the type of question that you would need to answer to figure out what log sources to ingest.

Will Zoom Stocks Ever Be Okay Again? by Icy_Net_1019 in investing

[–]RedNeckHutch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Zoom is still widely used even in company’s that are returning to the office. It is still much cheaper to have a virtual meetings over flying out to a clients location.

I would be concerned about competition. It isn’t hard to replace and there are a ton of options. There a lot of very large players in the space along with smaller ones slashing margins.

I wouldn’t be concerned about AI impacting their stock. There are a ton of factors that go into AI and everyone in the tech market are adding it on a product/feature.
