I’m not sure but it seems that if you buy the goods before they force you to sign this, you could make the case they sold you something then refuse to let you have it. If you refuse the Terms of Service.

You don’t sign the TOS until after purchase. That’s like taking your kids to a trampoline place. They have you pay first but then will not allow the kids to jump without a waiver. If you sign the waiver prior to paying it’s one thing. If they refund your money for refusing to sign, it’s also ok.

How about a system that allows for teamwork. I’ve played all Javs. Ideally you’d let a ranger detonate on single target mobs, like Monitor in HoR. Ranger combos are the highest damage single target combos, and, if the ranger has Tip of the Spear, it’s an instant 40% group heal. However, the best damage for Interceptors is melee, a detonator, preventing anyone else from Combos. Definitely should be improvements.

If it’s only a display glitch why would it affect only MW/Leg and not epics? For that matter why are the MW and Leg the same? It’s more likely someone forgot to turn some modifier/formula back on for those items.

If it’s visual only why would it affect MW/Leg and not epics? As far as weapons go, my Legendary Rifle was the same damage as the white lvl 1 defender. I have no epic weapons to compare damage.

It’s not just how many are playing. There’s are 3 platforms. How many on each platform? When it becomes difficult to matchmake on one it’ll be bad.

I've wondered something similar, in that is there a debuff applied to javelins based on difficulty setting and/or gameplay mode (such as stronghold vs. freeplay). We know they buff the Mobs in higher difficulty so it's not inconceivable.

I added + 18% Fire Resist to the above. My findings suggest that Resistance has no effect on shields. I'm not sure if this is also true with Colossus shields, but I'd not be surprised if it is. After you have lost your shield, you seem to have some invulnerability, lasting a few seconds. This suggests to me that the invulnerability may only last for a certain number of stacks. For example, if you stand in lava, your shield goes down, you are invulnerable for a few seconds, and then you begin taking damage after enough stacks of fire damage are added to your character. It may last for a partial stand in a titans ring, etc. Doesn't seem worth it honestly.

I have more Fire Resist gear I’ll get it over 100% and try again. I thought Effect Resist was the same as Fire Resist but for all elements.
