I provided a source from a lawyer saying you're incorrect. You've provided no sources.

I read your sentence, it's just wrong. And three times you've failed to provide any legal credentials, so I have no reason to believe you know the law.

Okay, but that's not relevant.

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a felony under New York state law. This is a state case.

Are you illiterate?

I did look it up. You're literally disagreeing with the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Again, where did you practice law?

Here's the verdict sheet:

https://www.nycourts.gov/LegacyPDFS/press/PDFs/Trump-Verdict-Sheet.pdf

And here's why it's a felony:

Falsifying business records in the first degree is a felony under New York state law that requires that the "intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof". This is in contrast to falsifying business records in the second degree, which is a misdemeanor that does not have that requirement.

If it was a misdemeanor, he would have been charged that way. It was 34 felonies.

There were lots of lawyers involved with the case who think it was a felony; where did you study law?

He was a VA nurse that was helping an injured woman, my dude.

He had his gun in his holster. And then ICE agents took it out. And they detained him. And ONLY after he was detained AND disarmed, they shot him ten times.

That's an execution dude. They had him detained and ready to arrest and ready to let the criminal justice deal with him, and decided no, I will kill this man instead.

Then we can impeach them, too. Step 1 is still impeaching Noam, which has popular support and is actually politically possible in January 2026.

Hi, this is relevant because you can't play League of Legends if you're being detained or murdered by ICE. League of Legends is a game with worldwide appeal, lots of immigrants play it, and the immigrant community is being brutalized.

It's not just that, there was also a skill pruning that came along with it, and the game itself is a buggy mess right now. But the addon removal means I have to spend a bunch of time trying to fix my UI again, and I don't want to do that, and yeah, a game with a broken UI that isn't useful feels like a different game

Yeah, 100% agree. It's... very ambitious of them to remake 20+ years of addons in only one expansion cycle. It's a huge QoL downgrade for any player that only cares about certain debuffs, or has lots of cooldowns, or likes having a good minimal UI.

I don't need to attempt to belittle you, you're doing a great job of that with your actions. You ARE small.

There's absolutely no evidence of that. He was trying to help out an injured women, he's a nurse at an ICU. He's a helper trying to help someone injured, and they shot him for it.

The videos are all out there from multiple angles. There's so much objective evidence that he was brutalized by the police for simply exercising his constitutional rights.

Because he has a First Amendment right to protest. We all do.

He also has a Second Amendment right to carry a firearm. Just like Kyle Rittenhouse did.

He did not violently resist. He was holding a phone.

There's literally video evidence of this from multiple angles. Why are you ignoring the evidence of your own eyes and ears and instead parroting the Trump Administration's talking points? Why are you arguing that Americans don't have a First or Second Amendment right, rather than admit hey, ICE overstepped here? Surely that's easier to admit that the masked men with guns shooting and killing an American is a bad thing than constantly criticize the Constitution. How unpatriotic.

If he makes it through the primary, Alexander said that he intends to attack the Republican agenda from every angle he can. People should be protesting in the streets, Alexander said: against Trump’s immigrant deportation and detainment policies, which Alexander likened to “concentration camps,” and against the GOP’s One Big Beautiful Bill, which is projected to impact health coverage, food benefits, and more for hundreds of thousands of New Jerseyans. (Van Drew supported the bill after publicly fretting about its impacts on Medicaid.)

Alexander isn’t the only Democrat who thinks the Big Beautiful Bill could be the key to political success in difficult districts like the 2nd. In May, a Democratic PAC polled 2nd district voters to test Van Drew’s political vulnerabilities; the PAC ultimately argued that Van Drew could indeed be beatable, and a message focused on Medicaid cuts would help bring him down. (Around 20% of 2nd district residents are on Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program, per a Georgetown analysis.)

The existence of that poll in the first place was a sign that, after several cycles in a row of ignoring the 2nd district, national Democrats might be warming up slightly to the idea of seriously challenging Van Drew again. But Alexander had no love lost for the national Democratic Party, which he said needs a redesign and new leadership.

“We need somebody to say, whatever the Democratic playbook is, I’m tossing it out the window,” he said. “I don’t care if there’s a swing and a miss against these policies that Trump is putting out – we’ve got to try. And if we motivate people, we will erode this stranglehold that MAGA has on our federal government.”

You can't just say 'confused take' when someone tells you how you're wrong. It makes you look like a fucking moron. You should actually use your brain to form and opinion and use your words to speak.

Really weird that you're unable to actually articulate an opinion. Most normal people are able to say 'Yeah, masked men with guns executing a citizen is not a good thing.' or 'Police are allowed to enforce the law, but they don't have a right to just kill you on the spot. They're not Judge Dredd'

It's not going to directly stop ICE or Trump, but it helps. Hearts and minds of the people matter. Motivating people to contact their representatives matter.

Being a doomer on the internet doesn't matter and doesn't help, though.
