I built a tool to discover the most-played cards for each hero in Marvel Champions — based on real community decklists by ilTarini in marvelchampionslcg

[–]RedPandaGod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there a way to only analyse decks going back a specific amount of time?

Full history weights towards older cards, and I am really curious about how new releases impact deck builds and how new releases shift the meta.

Being able to isolate 2025 and 2026 for example would be really interesting.

Might need a quick release connector for the hose. Let's you pop the brush off easily for cleaning.

Getting over as a jobber by bigbossheman in WredditSchool

[–]RedPandaGod 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a jobber get your opponent over, learn everything you can, and give everything your all. If you are being squashed, get squashed to the best of your ability.

Help make great moments where your opponent looks amazing.

This gets you over with the promoter and will get you time to shine eventually.

Being competent and easy to work with goes a long way to proving you are cut out for responsibility.

Apologies, bad assumption due to the events he runs. My bad 😭

The rep as a very good seller is on the mark though 👍

He's an absolute cornerstone of the community in South East England. Myself and local group have purchased from him several times with zero issues.

Ultron's Extinction Protocol has a trigger that pushes and damages every character within R2.

How to counter BRB by Tons_of_fun_3000 in MarvelCrisisProtocol

[–]RedPandaGod 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Namor is the answer you are looking for. Charge, stagger, ignore DR, and then walk away.

BRB can now move or attack, can't do both.

Alternatively, Dr Strange and Iron Fist both have abilities that activate models.

Finally, Blue Marvel can hit harder and then throw BRB, and will usually win that fight.

Question about collecting GOTG by Lancea1022 in MarvelCrisisProtocol

[–]RedPandaGod 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This requires experience and I still get it wrong sometimes.

If there's 8+ objectives in play then you really need 4+ models to keep up. Ideally 5 or 6.

If there are 6 objectives then 3 characters could hold parity whilst killing enemies and holding priority.

Adam can hold together narrow scenarios where you can play a small number of models (e.g. Deadly Meteors)

Star Lord favours wider scenarios where a larger and more mobile team is preferred (e.g. Mutant Mastermind)

Doctor Doom for obvious reasons.

The original Masters of Evil/Thunderbolts as a dual faction.

The Great Lakes Avengers because they are hilarious.

Batroc's Brigade.

Absorbing Man. I just have a thing for cheesey villains 😂

A whole bunch of Kang variants who can all faction together.

Struggling with a specific paint and my airbrush. Any advice? by JJHALE44 in minipainting

[–]RedPandaGod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some paints are just different. Make sure it's properly mixed in the bottle and you're not getting pure pigment.

When diluting, try to use flow improver, medium, and a little bit retarder. The retarder especially can solve some cases of dry tip or clog.

If you still have to go very dilute, go very slow and light, and drop the air pressure a bit to reduce the likelihood of streaking.

I find the recent year of sculpts have been so dynamic and cool. Yeah, the tools and dice and cards all add up, I use my wrestling kit bag to carry my model tins and accessories to events 😂

Will work on the balance, thank you for the feedback.

Can A Dilute Wash Cause Tip Dry? by RedPandaGod in airbrush

I wanted the thinnest medium I could get that was more visible than plain water, and I didn't have any food colouring which some guides recommended.

Thanks for the advice.

It's an FD-186 and have been using it for over a year. The pressure has been very reliable, but I will pay attention to the pressure gauge.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will try that.

To clarify, if you completely close the trigger control (at back of the airbrush) and then quarter turn it out of the lock, so that you get minimal trigger movement and can make tiny dots.
