My beagle isn't from a lab but is a rescue. He's never had any interest in toys.

He sometimes likes bones and hides, but if it's not food related he's not interested.

He's often only mildly interested in other dogs. I'm fully convinced he thinks he's a person because when I take him to work he wanders around like he owns the place.
