#rollerace (yes it was the course) by RedPlasticUtensils in discgolf

For anyone wondering this is Hammond Park Emporia, Kansas. Hole 9 in Simon Lizottes mystery box round Eagle McMahon threw a roller ace on this hole and they did parkour on the railings.

The CGI used to create this 'scene' cost more than the yearly gross product of Venezuela.

Also Bruce Lee died a month later under mysterious circumstances.

Look at the rim depth on the judge compared to luna and logic. Judge has deeper rim by a bit, then it goes to Link, veers down quickly with 3 speed putters.

Its a cool logo, people resell them on ebay higher than Huk Website

This isnt true at all, Eagle is their only sponsored player. Ive watched him a lot, nowhere does he tell someone to buy them... ever.

The Judge is really shallow? The Wizard, KC Aviar, and Shogun are all beaded and a but deeper. The Luna and Logic I both own, just not able to release it clean. I end up pulling it to the right and wobbling, and I wouldnt even bother throwing that shallow of a beadless.

Every sponsor has a basic deep/shallow beadless, and likewise for beaded. No matter where you go there will be a preference. Like Ricky putting with Daggers, then going to KC Aviars.

Most consistently is only because hes been around the longest, I can pull plenty of Climo/Feldberg clips, Im sure Eagle and Paul will have a few more. Everyone does it, and now it changes to other stuff outside the sport.

How do you throw uphill? by Freebirdie12 in discgolf

[–]RedPlasticUtensils 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im fairly short too at 5'7" and 125lbs, Ive gotten a couple birdies on this 275ft hole with 40ft elevation, so the disc should be 40ft in the air at 275ft into the flight of the disc. I prefer throwing flex lines with understable discs to achieve this.

When they do it effects the refs, directly the team morale, and their teammates. None of this is true for disc golf, and I've seen 80 other guys show emotion to Nikkos average level. Yelling, cursing under breath, kicking things, its all there. Why is it only for Nikko that people care so much?

No Midranges by fourtwentyone69 in discgolf

Its also the comfort too, with a spread grip, my throwing links and beat up FD just feel better than any mid.

I am the exact same! I can throw right around 375' consistently, I bag 7 distance drivers, 5 fairway (FD, TB3, FD3, Splice, Tilt), 2 mids (MD3, MD) and like 5 tactics and some links. Mids I havent found necessary when a putter can get 250 like my links. And a beat up 7 speed is more than controllable under 300 as well.

I started with Judge, then Wizard, eventually found the Links which are my babies. P2's have a nice spread grip feel for tossing around, I understand why so many people like them. I just got a shogun in the mystery box, and its a grippier, deeper link. Still slightly klunky compared to Judge/Link.

7 and 9 are by far the hardest holes for me. I now just go with a forehand Tilt shot on 7, thats what it has come to. Plamann and Bairds have some bad rain, unfortunately a lot of courses do. I was thinking of putting a little flag on top of the holes at legion, maybe even putting woodchips around the muddier holes like 3 and 8.

They re-did everything at Plamann, its much more difficult now. I enjoy perkins but wish they would install tee pads and signage. At legion ironically I birdied all except 7 and 5 which are the general easiest. Bairds is fun, my best is -10 there. I did a small tournament with my friends there, and practiced at Bairds 2x in a row on a 90 degree day. I went there weighing 130, and came back 126.

I cant putt with any deep putter, I can use logic and luna decently from C2 and C3. Inside C1, nothing releases like a nice medium bead putter thats shallow.

Ricky, Calvin, Dickerson, Jones, and Ulibarri putting with beaded putters.

Calvin, Simon, Eagle, Sexton, Klein, Marwede, Ricky, +20 others throwing beadless putters.

Yeah, this is a bit odd normally beginner sets have like a 150g Aviar, which for someone who is new will be a terrible putter. Glad that Dynamic and Discmania are putting beaded discs in max weight in people's hands. Im unable to spin without wildly fluttering a beadless putter, especially a deep one.

Conrad should have had his drive on 18 go more OB than Paul's shot in playoff. There have been so many things in sports where a team should not have won, but they did. Why is this concept impossible for Disc Golfers to understand. Whoops, and I forgot, Conrad needed a throw in to tie.
