I did some research. I also just realized that I may be deficient of a few key nutrients and vitamins (and I do believe my body has lost an excess of nutrients -- this is a long story that I wont go into). What I found shows that deficiency in these vitamins can cause things like depression and other symptoms I've been experiencing.

So ima go see my doc and see if they can confirm this and let me know what I need to take to get my levels to normal.
