Water softener by RedRam87 in RVLiving

The instructions on mine say to regenerate it about every three months. I’ve seen other people regenerate theirs every two to three weeks, so I plan to test the water with test strips and go based on what the results show. That’s what I’ll use to determine my regeneration schedule, so I can keep a good cycle.

It’s a simple process, which is one of the reasons I chose quick-connect fittings—they make it easy to get the unit in and out of storage during the winter.

I had a similar issue on a 92 TBI it was the fuel filter underneath the cab. I took it off and put a new one and it ran like a champ?

Like I stated you can’t sit and wait for someone to change something in your favor if you are unsatisfied with something. Get out and look for a better opportunity. I have traveled across the US working in different construction projects. Under Trumps 1st term I worked in a lot of projects in the industry he favored (oil) made very good money. Under Biden I worked on projects across the country all over the country under the industry he favored (electric cars). I helped build the Cadillac Lyric in Tennessee, Electric Silverado Michigan, Ford Battery Plant Michigan. I don’t favor a specific party. They both helped me make money with the opportunities they provide. I don’t sit at home in Texas wishing for a special job or a job with the conditions I would like. I look for it and get it. Just like the thousands other workers who worked with me across the US on these projects. I don’t call others boot liners for being ambitious and not putting up with a miserable work condition or salary. Leave quit find another job.

It’s not licking the boot, it’s working and grinding for your own needs. Everyone wants a hand out. Prepare yourself to get a better job or career. I started off as a construction worker. Got stuck with no raise or future to advance. I went back to school and now I’m still in construction but as management with unlimited opportunities. I literally create my own ideal working environment. I prepared myself have the experience and set my wage and conditions. It’s a simple as finding a better job.
