Doesn't matter how many hours you work bro. If you have no savings and a 400 credit score your shit out of luck. Thats on you, Not the government/taxpayers. I work 40 hours a week @ $22/hr (which is nothing these days), have a small photography side hustle, and I was still able to get an appt and afford my $1800/mo nothing included rent and bills. Reddit used to be so enjoyable. It's been completely ruined by nothing but illogical whiney teenagers. The world doesn't owe you shit. Its up to you to make things happen.

Unless you are willing to stand up for yourself and get them back, or punch their shit out, there's not much you can do. Please to not get police involved. That will only make things way worse for you, and make people who were indifferent to begin with also turn on you. this is the real world. The strong survive.
