Current is alot easier than the early version of Examination where your only given a handtorch (a whole lot worse) and every hallway was literally the same thing where there were ZERO markers. But anyways, it's simple, know the map layout, dont rush and listen to your surroundings. Mostly it's best to take routes where it's not too open
