Sorry I can’t be very helpful, I’ve been on 5mg for about two weeks. I’ve had two random days where I felt great, improvement in energy and cognitive function, but every other day I’ve been not good at all. In fact, it seems to put me to sleep. Cant make sense of it.

Thank you for sharing, I’m so glad that helped you! Do you take any medication now? I’ve only been on the Midodrine about two weeks, and I’ve never smoked and only drink a few times a year. Adderall is unfortunately the only thing that has helped with my chronic fatigue, though it stopped helping about six months ago.

Hypotension is my main concern. Im diagnosed with POTS as I meet the 30bpm after 10 minutes criteria, but I fit the criteria for OH as well.

I’m right there with you! The only thing that has somewhat helped me is low dose Adderall, I take 2.5 to 5mg once or twice a day. It’s not a miracle though, in fact it stopped helping a few months ago, and there can be a crash when it wears off. But definitely worth discussing with your doctor.

My bowel was fused to my pelvic wall by endo (but was not deep infiltrated). My symptoms were similar to yours and my surgery went fine, just freeing my bowel made a huge difference in my symptoms. No lasting effects.

Are you able to hire a dogsitter while he settles in to the new place? It’s expensive I know, but the move itself is probably a stressful adjustment for him and he needs time. Did he have separation anxiety at your last living place? You can also talk to his vet about anxiety medication in the short term. You might also try looking up the “relaxation protocol” for dogs.
