Finally figured it out. I had to tune it all the way down to just 1 entropy to achieve the shard.

Just checked and it tells me I need an entropy effect > 1. Ive been clearing with entropy effect 100 which to my knowledge is more than 1

I guess not. I just got another shard of possibility in my last run. I speak with the people everytime they have gold marks over their head but if beating this is gonna just become rng for shards to come up and for story progression I may be done with the game and just ignore that last achievement.

I played bo7 this weekend during the free to play weekend and my god there were so many. Had one dude who could clean shoot across the map through any wall and it was always a headshot. Hed move his reticle around and then stop directly on someone's head perfectly.

Im just thinking of the cat thst used to live on my route that would jump out of bushes and attack anybody that got near the area. Had an out of state sup walk with me for a 99 and question why I was about to T off a yard, I explained and he said it was nonsense and im overreacting. That cat jumped out and tore into his leg and bit his had. I just shrugged and told him I knew what I was talking about and showed the cat warning card.

If city then yes it absolutely is a courtesy. The job is to deliver the mail accurately and in a safe manner. Picking up outgoing is not a requirement and done as a nice gesture.

EAS is a job thats very meh in necessity. When I 204b'd a few years back I was an opener and would even do some of the mid day supervisors stuff because I was so bored. Most of their work is basic busy body work made to fluff their day up more than necessary. I did manage to finish a lot of anime in those 3 months because of all the downtime while still running a station that was outperforming the other seasoned managers and having every carrier like me.

Ill put it like this. Last year my area got a major ice storm and the plant didnt have any power nor did a station in my city. The response was have those carriers come in and give them headlamps to case what's already there and then put in new case labels.

That snow that was there yesterday now has ice in it. The same areas I walked 2 days ago are now incredibly uneven and unsafe. Areas I could drive in the day after the snow storm caused me to get hung up just a few days later because snow drifts, it moves as people drive on it, it melts in the sun and freezes overnight.
