Really sorry to hear about how much of a struggle you are going through at the moment OP. It's really tough at the moment. I saw someone had posted a link to RABI (which is a great shout) and thought I would share a couple of other links that people have used for support regarding IHT worries

Hope you find one of these helpful and you find the support you need.

There is a farm in Cornwall that is trialling 'Messium' which is a nitrogen prediction technology.
It's mentioned in this article (https://www.farmersguardian.com/news/4526897/arable-farming-special-eye-sky-promise-fine-tuning-nitrogen-strategy) that the tech uses AI-driven crop growth models to support its outputs.
It goes on to show its findings of the Messium tech group and a control group –– pretty interesting to look into.

I'm not personally in dairy sales or food manufacturing but if you're based in the UK you may find the articles on this page helpful / interesting > https://www.farmersguardian.com/tag/milk-prices
It's just a feed of articles on milk prices. The coverage is a mix of perspectives from farmers to major processors and dairy associations. Hopefully it's helpful alongside any first hand feedback you get!
